Welcome to Entice Holidays. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour. Entice Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking if the full payment is not received within the specified time.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through bank transfer, online payment, or other approved payment methods. All prices are subject to change depending on availability of hotels, transport, and other services at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation charges may apply:

• 30 days or more before arrival – minimal service charges

• 15–30 days before arrival – 25% of the total tour cost

• 7–14 days before arrival – 50% of the total tour cost

• Less than 7 days before arrival – 100% cancellation charges

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after deducting service charges.

4. Changes in Itinerary

Entice Holidays reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary due to weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

5. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents during the trip. For foreign nationals, valid passport and visa documents are mandatory.

6. Liability

Entice Holidays acts only as a travel organizer. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, accident, or damage caused by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, or natural events.

7. Hotel & Transport

Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policies. Transport services will be provided as per the itinerary and package booked.

8. Force Majeure

Entice Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, road blockages, or weather conditions.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking with Entice Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
